How to Book your dog into Daycare

In this article, I provide a step-by-step guide for how to book your dog into daycare through our online portal.

New Customer?

First, you need to complete our online application form at the following link:

After you submit the form, you will receive an email with instructions on how to book your dog's assessment.

Once your dog has completed an Assessment with the relevant PITC Branch, you can book your dog into daycare through our online portal by following the steps below.

As we approach the cooler months, all three PITC Branches will likely reach capacity, and we will need to close enrolment to new daycare customers.  

"The Best Way to Secure your Dogs Daycare spot is to make a Standing Reservation for your preferred days. Its easy to do; just follow the instructions in the video or below".

 

Step 1: Log into the customer portal

Step 2: select pets

  • Select the pet(s) you wish to book into the daycare and click "Start Booking".

Step 3: Booking location and category

  • Choose the booking location. 
  • Select "Daycare" as the booking Category.
  • Select either Daycare (for reservations longer than five hours) or Half Day.

Step 4: Dates

  • Select dates and times for drop off and pick up. Don't worry about the times you put here too much. They are only a general indication. You are welcome to drop off and pick up your dog anytime during the day that suits you. 

TO MAKE A STANDING RESERVATION

  • The best way to secure your fur baby's daycare spot is to make a standing reservation. If you do not wish to make a standing reservation, go to Step 5. 
  • Click "Add More Dates"

  • Make sure the Recurring Dates Tab is selected.
  • Select the days you wish to bring your fur baby to daycare.
  • Enter a weekly Frequency.
  • Select an end date to end the recurring schedule.
  • Click "Available Dates".

  • Note. If your standing reservation falls on dates PITC isn't open for drop off and pick up, you will get a warning stating these dates are unavailable.
  • Your local Branch may also already be at capacity on your preferred days. If in doubt, give your local Branch a call, and they will be able to talk you through current availability. 
  • Click "Dismiss".
  • Click "Add Dates"

  • Click "Services"

Step 5: Services

  • Add any additional services you wish your dog to receive while staying with us. At the time of publishing this guide, there are no available ad-ons for daycare reservations, but we will be loading additional services soon.
  • Click "Notes" to continue to the next section.

Step 6: Booking Notes

  • This section is where you can leave us any notes about anything else you want us to know.
  • On completion of adding any notes, click "review".

Step 7: Review

  • Review your Booking and click "Submit Request" once you are happy.

A staff member will review the request, and as long as we have all the information we require, your dog's vaccinations are up to date, and we have availability, we will approve it. You can check the status of your requests at any time from the booking and deposits page of the portal.
