In this article I provide a step-by step guide for how to re-set your password for the Pets In The City Customer Portal. This is an important first step for existing Pets In The City Customers that haven't accessed the customer portal before.
This video provides a brief walk through guide, or you can follow the instructions below.
step 1:
- Open the customer portal via the following link: Pets In The City Customer Portal, click Reset Password? Enter your email address you have on file with us. This is the main email associated with your Pets In The City account, and is likely the address that your recieve emails from us. Then select Send Reset Link
Step 2:
- Check your email inbox for the email containing the password reset link. Sometimes this does take up to 10 minutes to come through.
Step 3:
- Open the email and select the "set password" option.
Step 4:
- Enter a new password, re-enter it to confirm, and then click Reset Password.
Step 5:
- go back to the main login screen. If you don’t have another tab open in your browser with the login screen you can access it via this link: Pets In The City Customer Portal.
Step 6:
- Enter your email address and the new password you have created and click Login.
