How to Join the PITC Club

In this article, I provide a step-by-step guide for how to sign your dog up for the PITC Club.

We recognise that we have a range of clients and their fur baby's who use our services regularly. We think that's pretty cool and thought it was time to set up a service to reward our most loyal customers! The Club is ideal for clients who wish to bring their dog to daycare regularly.

We designed the Pets In The City Club as an alternative to buying a concession card. It rewards those who commit to bringing their fur baby to daycare each week by offering our cheapest rate for a full day of daycare. In addition to a discounted daycare rate, PITC Club Members receive preferential pricing on a range of PITC Products and Services.

 

So How Does This Whole Club Thing Work?

 

This video provides a brief overview of how to subscribe to the PITC Club through our online portal.

 

THE FINE PRINT (We're not big on fine print, but here are the basics)

1. No long-term commitment - Cancel your subscription anytime by calling or emailing your local PITC Branch.
2. Club membership daycare credits are only valid at your home Branch.
3. Discounts only apply to customers with an active subscription.
4. Daycare credits are valid for seven days from the day the subscription rolls over.
5. Daycare bookings must be cancelled no later than 7.00 pm the day before. If the daycare booking is cancelled after this time, or the booking is a 'no show', we will deduct a subscription daycare credit from your account.
6. If you need to cancel a booking, providing you do it by 7.00 pm the previous day, the unused daycare credits may be used another day that week, provided we have space available.
7. If you decided to bring your dog to daycare more days than planned in a particular week, the extra days will be charged at your Club daily rate.
8. Daycare credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash or other services.
9. If the charge for the subscription fails, the system will retry the charge once per day for five days. If the payment still fails, the system will automatically cancel the subscription after the 5th attempt.
