This article provides a step-by-step guide for signing your dog up for the PITC VIP Club.

We understand the diverse needs of our clients and their beloved pets, who use our services regularly. To make your experience even more convenient, we've introduced the VIP Club, a service designed to reward our most loyal customers. This club is perfect for clients who want to bring their dogs to daycare regularly.

The Pets In The City VIP Club is not just a concession card alternative; it's a value-packed offering. It rewards those who commit to bringing their fur baby to daycare each week by offering our most affordable rate for a full day of daycare. PITC Club Members also enjoy preferential pricing on a range of PITC Services, making it a truly valuable investment.

Exclusive PITC VIP CLUB MEMBER discounts:

10 % off all Hotel Reservations.
10 % off all Grooming Services, including Full Grooms, Maintenance Grooms, and Pamper Baths.
There is a $10 discount off the Casual Daycare Rate for any additional days of daycare your dog attends over and above the subscription package during that week. For example, if you have a VIP Club Subscription package for three days per week, but your dog comes four days per week, the fourth day will be charged at the same rate as the VIP Club rate.

The above discounts apply only to active subscriptions. Our system automatically removes them as soon as you cancel your subscription.

So, How Does This Whole VIP Club Thing Work?

This video briefly overviews how to subscribe to the PITC Club through our online portal.

THE FINE PRINT (We're not big on fine print, but here are the basics)

1. No long-term commitment - Cancel your subscription anytime by calling or emailing your local PITC Branch.

2. VIP Club membership daycare credits are only valid at your home Branch.

3. Discounts only apply to customers with an active subscription.

4. Daycare credits are valid for seven days from the subscription's renewal.

5. Daycare bookings must be cancelled no later than 7.00 pm the day before. If the daycare booking is cancelled after this time, or the booking is a 'no show', we will deduct a subscription daycare credit from your account.

6. If you need to cancel a booking, providing you do it by 7.00 pm the previous day, the unused daycare credits may be used another day that week, provided we have space available.

7. If you decide to bring your dog to daycare more days than planned in a particular week, the extra days will be charged at your Club daily rate.

8. Daycare credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash or other services.

9. If the charge for the subscription fails, the system will retry the charge once per day for five days. If the payment still fails, the system will automatically cancel the subscription after the 5th attempt.
