Job Overview
You must be able to work unsupervised and demonstrate experience in all aspects of dog grooming (of all dog breeds). You will be a team player with a strong customer focus and be a great communicator, as direct customer contact is an essential part of this role. Key responsibilities include ensuring all dogs are cared for and bathed and/or groomed to an exceptionally high standard and that every “furry” customer departs Pets In The City Grooming having had a wonderful “Grooming Salon” experience.
Working with pets of all breeds and sizes, this role is physical, and as such, you will need to be physically fit and have a reasonable amount of strength and stamina.
Depending on the ideal applicant, this role may be paid hourly or you may want the opportunity to earn great money on commission as an independent contractor.
