Peak Period Rates
A flat $9 per night surcharge applies during peak periods. Peak periods include Anniversary weekend, Waitangi weekend, Easter weekend, ANZAC Day/weekend, King's Birthday weekend, Matariki, Labour weekend, 18 December until 8 February, and all school holidays.
A deposit of 30% of the total invoice is required for bookings over peak periods.
These are busy dates. Book early so your local team can plan a safe stay. Your pet still gets the same play, rest and daily care. We can help you pick a room and work out the deposit. Please call your branch if you need help with the dates or your booking.

How do I apply for the first time?
It's easy! Click 'Apply Online' to get started. You'll create a profile, upload your vacs, and book your assessment. New customers get a special "Buy 1 Day, Get 2nd Day FREE" offer!
Do I need to book daycare in advance?
Yes, we prefer you book play days in advance to ensure we have space. The easiest way to book is through our Online Parent Portal or mobile app.
Does my dog need an assessment (interview)?
Yes. Before joining the pack, your dog will need to complete an assessment with a Senior Caregiver. We recommend booking a half or full day so your dog has time to settle in and show their true personality. You don't need to stay — drop them off and we'll give you a full report upon pick-up!
Does my dog need to be desexed?
Generally, yes. All dogs over 12 months old must be spayed or neutered to attend. However, we understand that vet recommendations vary, especially for large breeds. If your dog is over 12 months but not yet desexed, we assess them based on behaviour. If they remain social and safe, they may continue attending.
