Frequently asked questions
What vaccinations does my dog need?
Dogs need up-to-date C5 or C7 (including Kennel Cough). Puppies must complete their full vaccination course. Bring proof at your first visit.
Is there an assessment before starting?
Yes. Every dog completes an on-site assessment so we can observe temperament, play style, and comfort. This helps us match them to the right playgroup.
What happens if my dog doesn't suit group play?
Some dogs prefer quieter settings. We'll discuss alternatives like solo enrichment or shorter visits.
How are play groups organised?
Dogs are grouped by size, energy level, and temperament. Groups are adjusted throughout the day as needed.
Can my dog attend if they have special needs?
Often, yes. Let us know about any medical, behavioural, or mobility needs and we'll assess suitability together.
What's your approach to discipline?
We use only positive reinforcement and calm redirection. No punishment, aversive tools, or force - ever.
