How booking works
New guests apply once through our owner portal and upload an up-to-date C5 vaccine card. Before a first overnight stay, every dog does a meet-and-greet daycare session so our team can match them to the right play group. After that, booking a stay takes a couple of minutes online or by phone. Arrive between 1pm and 5pm on check-in day; pick-up is by midday.
Hotel pricing at each centre
Each of our centres publishes its own nightly hotel rates, so the price you pay depends on which centre hosts your dog. Open the location page for your nearest centre to see current rates, room options and any seasonal availability notes. Grooming before pick-up is the most popular add-on — your dog comes home clean as well as tired and happy.

What owners say about hotel stays
They took great care of my 2 toy poodles for 9 days while away in Hawaii, and kept me posted on their wellbeing while away. Highly recommend this pet hotel.
Louis our miniature schnauzer had a great stay for a week. He was well looked after and we could enjoy our holiday without worrying about him. The daily photos on Facebook were great and we could see that he looked happy each day playing with his new friends.
Pets in the City is by far the best dog daycare on the Shore. The team genuinely care and make your dog's stay exciting.
