About our dog grooming
Our groomers are trained pet stylists. We bath, dry, brush, trim nails and clean ears. Each dog moves at their own pace. We never force a step. Anxious dogs get short, calm visits. We use kind tools and treats. Long coats get safe de-mat care. Puppies get a gentle first groom.

How often should my dog be groomed?
Every 4-8 weeks for most breeds; high-maintenance coats may need 3-6 weeks.
Can you de-mat my dog?
Yes, humane de-matting is available where appropriate. Severe matting may require a short clip.
Do you groom anxious dogs?
Yes. We work at your dog's pace using fear-free techniques to reduce stress.
Can grooming be done during daycare or a hotel stay?
Absolutely - ask reception to add a groom to your booking.

Most PITC services run at all 5 of our centres. A few are at set centres only. Check the centre page for what's on offer.
