We are excited to share that we now have a brand new Customer Portal where you can log in and request bookings, manage your account, and more! This quick tutorial video outlines the basics of using the new portal, and you can find additional details in this help article.

 

All of the emails that you receive from Pets In The City will now take you to the new Customer Portal, and you can also bookmark the new link directly at https://petsinthecity.portal.gingrapp.com.

You can also now easily manage your account, submit booking requests, and more while on the go using the all new mobile app! Simply search for "Gingr for Pet Parents" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and enter invite code 778968More details on accessing the mobile app are available here.
