About our cat hotel
Our Cat Hotel is at the Parnell centre. Each cat has a private room. Rooms are quiet. We feed, clean and check each cat every day. Shy cats get more time and space. Bold cats get more play. Staff love cats and read body language. We send photos so you can see your cat is happy.

What vaccinations does my cat need?
Cats need up-to-date F3 or F4 vaccinations. Bring proof at your first visit.
Is there an assessment before their first stay?
We'll discuss your cat's needs and preferences when booking. A meet-and-greet is recommended for longer stays.
Can I bring my cat's own food and bedding?
Yes. Familiar items help cats settle in. Please label everything clearly.
Is the cat hotel separate from the dogs?
Yes. The cat hotel is in a quiet, separate area away from dog activity.
How do I book?

Is cat hotel at every Auckland centre?
Most PITC services run at all 5 of our centres. A few are at set centres only. Check the centre page for what's on offer.
